Very bad service!!! Lacks sympathy and care and the security shouted at me which was a traumatizing experience

Came here for extreme foot pain just after Zuhr. They were issuing tokens but suddenly stopped at 01:45 PM and asked to come after Asr while there were 2 hours and 15 minutes in Asr prayer. No one to guide about anything. Totally non professional. Someone advised that they take care of riches only. Never recommended.

Fast response. The hospital takes a very quick action to the patient.

Pathetic service, the counter lady is keen to not admit patients and tries to divert them to other hospitals just so that they dont have any workload. She was extremly loud and obnoxious. She had no feeling for patients pain.

I came from Canada to perform Umrah, my father had a fever for 2 days, went to the hospital, had great service. I was completely fine that day, just a bit of coughing and sneezing, i hadn't thought much of it. That night I got a fever, my whole body was burning, couldn't eat anything, felt weak and cold, even though my body was very hot. Now, again, i come from Canada, I only have 3 more days in Saudi Arabia before I leave, I can't be sick. The medications that I brought from Canada wasn't working. My dad forced me to go to the hospital, I went there, they didn't take me seriously, was not professional, I felt humiliated when I wasn't supposed to feel that way. They got irritated that i refused to have any injections, I'm really scared of injections, and even in Canada I don't take them unless I completely have to. They only checked my throat with a phone's flashlight and even after I repeatedly said that my ears are blocks, please check them, they didn't. In Canada they will always check your ears and throat, only after that can they say if it's just a virus or if i need antibiotics. They should really learn how to give importance to every patient, no one wants to go to the hospital for fun. There's such a vast difference between Canadian doctors, and these so called "doctors".

Am a Er physician for last 12 years. Yesterday I had to take my two kids to Ayjad hospital. They had high grade fever and kids were very lethargic due to dehydration . Dehydration in kids is very dangerous..Only triage nurse was helpful. We were divided into 2 groups. One child my wife took in female area and I took another one in male treatment area. I feel ashamed to call them doctor's ,they are so careless and unprofessional. They refused to give my kids parenteral saline and didn't even bothered to examine them. Unfortunately both of my kids had 40celcius temperature for last 2 days and the fever was not getting better. They needed parentaral saline. In Ajyad hospital there are mainly local saudi young doctors are working, who knows nothing ,seriously nothing. I don't know how come they are working there. No professional ethics. I was telling them my kids are very sick and need IV fluids,because am a Emergency specialist for last 12 years I know how to treat patients. In such conditions we have to treat child with fluids , gradually fever will subside .One Egyptian specialist came and just gave fluids for name sake and that too less than what was required just for 1 child. He was arguing with me not to teach him anything. I think these doctors need to review there latest updates and need to develop there basics. For my another child who was with my wife, doctor didn't even examined my kid's ears,nose,throat or chest. He was telling the child will cry if I examine him so i will not examine, i dont want ti hurt him. He Was trying to make fun with my wife,when she remined his job,he went outside the Er and didn't returned. If any hospital authorise are reading this message , Please give advice to your staff how to treat patients and there family. The nurses were also very rude and unprofessional. Imagine this happened to me being an Emergency specialist for last decade ,so what is happening with a non Medical professional.

Located in the basement of AsSafwa Towers situated in Ajiyad street, just beside Clock Tower. I had chest infection and fever and took fever medicine and came to hospital. They said no fever right now so no emergency. Please go to Al Hajlah Health Center on Ibrahim Khalil Road. Then I came back after few hours with fever again. Tested for Corona immediately which came negative Alhamdulillah. Chest xray also done. Advised about medication. Drip for fever administered. Very kind and helpful staff specially triage staff.
