★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Ignorant and rude behaviour from receptionist, to nurse and to doctor.
- Receptionist story: Consultancy fee was 300SR, but receptionist asked me to pay 350SR, when i asked him why? He just mumbled and didn't say anything when i have him 300SR. I wasn't given any payment receipt. So was he planning on putting 50SR into his own pocket?
- Nurse story: Patient was feeling very cold in emergency room and when i asked nurse to check, she said "she is busy". That was the most annoying reply i ever got in a hospital.
- Doctor story: Asked the doctor sitting in emergency to check on patient needing urgent care, he said he can't check until nurse is done with her initial inspection and open file. I told him that nurse said she is busy, he also replied "I am busy too". Will have to wait for nurse first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever go there for PCR especially if you are traveling. Two of my family members there result came positive from there lab, however, they tested on the next day in two other hospitals and both results came negative!! How come there lab missed out? Plus they miss-spelled the names and they put the wrong birth date in the report , and when we asked them to correct it in the report the said it is not possible now?!!! Also, the staff argued with each other in front of the clients which is unprofessional.

I would love to say something positive about them, however they are bunch of headless chickens. No one knows who to go for where. Everyone here is in their own orbit.
They told me to come at 8am for a PCR test, but upon arriving at 8, they said to come at 11am. At 11, they then told me the documents I will need for the PCR test. By the time I came back for the 4th time, it was too late.
Don't waste your time here. Just take care of it at the airport.
