الفلل رغم المساحه الصغيره لكن وزعت بطريقة مدروسه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المشروع حلو جدا لكن في نموذج الشقق الدور الثاني الحمام المخصص للضيوف غير مناسب لإستخدام شخص كبير أو ممتلئ الجسم صعوبة حركة عند فتح الباب للدخول والخروج.
توجد بغرفة الضيوف بلكونة وبالقرب منها السطوح يمكن الإستغناء عن البلكونة وتوسيع الغرفة.
The project is very nice, but in the apartment model, the second floor, the bathroom for guests is not suitable for the use of a large or plump person, difficulty in movement when opening the door to enter and exit.
There is a balcony in the guest room, and near the surfaces, the balcony can be dispensed with and the room can be expanded.

??والسعر ممتاز بمعنى غير مبالغ فيه مثل الكثير من العقار المساحه قليله والسعر عالي .

?البناء الى الان لم يتم تقيمه الموجود عينه تم بناء خلال شهرين قابل للازاله في اي وقت ولا نحكم على الجوده حاليا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازة من ناحية التصميم مثل تصميم الفنادق ولكن يوجد ملاحظات لا يوجد خصوصية وامان بكثرة النوافذ الكبيرة بالاخص في الدور الأرضي حيث يحتاج كمية كبيرة من الستائر من الداخل وايضا تركيب سواتر خارجية للنوافذ بمساحات كبيرة مثل نظام الستر ولا يوجد حوش مستقل من واجهة الامامية ولا يوجد غرفة خاص للغسيل الملابس ولا غرفه لعاملة المنزلية في السطح .. وارجوا اخذ هذا الملاحظات في التصميم
