معروضه للبيع على اساس انها فلل مجدده الواقع ان المجدد فيها فقط البويه الخارجيه والداخليه و قليل جدا من ادوات السباكه و جميع الادوات المستخدمه من النوع الصيني الرخيص جدا جدا نصيحه لوجه الله اذا كنت تريد شراء احد هذه الفلل اعلم جيدا انك ستبقى طول عمرك تجدد وتغير وتصلح في ادوات السباكه والكهرباء والسيراميك
والسباكة من اسوا ما رايت في هذه الفلل و تصريف ماء مكيفات الاسبليت اعلم جيدا ان مكيفات الاسبليت سوف تسرب الماء بشكل كبير جدا الى داخل الغرف شوف اذا كنت مضطر حسب ميزانيتك لشراء احد هذه الفلل انصحك لوجه الله خذ 30,000 لتغيير جميع كراسي ومغاسل الحمامات اضافه الى سيراميك بعض الغرف و عمل تصريف جديد لمياه مكيفات الاسبلت ولا يغرك قولهم ضمان سنه
