★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تسمى المسجد بمسجد أبو جنيب لأن الأهالي ظنو ان أحد الأشخاص توفى ودفنوه ثم بعد ذلك سمعو أنين في القبر فأخرجوه ووجدوه حيا بالقبر إلا أنه تأثر أحد جانبي الرجل بسبب الدفن ثم عاهد الله أن يبني المسجد فرحا بخروجه لذلك تسمى المسجد بمسجد أبو جنيب

مسجد طيني صغير المساحة طولة من الشمال إلي الجنوب ٤م وعرضة ٢م تقريبا ، لم يبقى من أطلالة إلا محراب المسجد يوجد في الجهة الجنوبية الشرقية من المسجد بئر السعيطية قطرها حوالي ١,٥م ، والمسجد والبئر يقع في منطقة السعيطية وهي تقع في طريق المسافرين حيث يتزود منها المسافرون بالماء الذين كانوا يتجهون إلى الجهات الجنوبية وغيرها .
Al-Sa`ita Historical Mosque:
A small mud mosque, with a length from north to south of 4 m and a width of about 2 m. Only the mihrab of the mosque remains. On the southeast side of the mosque, there is a well of Sa`ita, whose diameter is about 1.5 m. Travelers by water who were heading to the southern and other directions.
