مسجد أم القدحان سابقًا
سمي بذلك نسبة إلى النخيل الواقعة بالقرب منه والقدح بالتصغير هو الذي يوضع فيه التمر لحلاوته وكثرته
وكانت من المساجد القديمة في الجهة الجنوبية الغربية من بلدة منفوحة وقد أزيل هذا المسجد وهُدم
وفي العام 1414هـ أعيد بناؤه مع توسعته قليلاً من الجهة الغربية
وقد قام الأمير سعود بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ببنائه لأنه كان قديمًا يقع ضمن ملك والدته الأمير العنود بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد بن جلوي رحمه الله
وللمعلومية المصانع كانت بلدة جاهلية قائمة بهذا الاسم قبل ظهور الإسلام وأهلها القدماء من قبيلة ضور بن رزاح والمصانع أيضا قرية من قرى اليمامة التي لم تدخل في صلح خالد بن الوليد
وهذه البلدة لم تدخل في صلح اليمامة عن انعقاد الصلح بين خالد بن الوليد رضي الله عنه مع رئيس بني حنيفة مجاعة بن مرارة الحنفي في بداية السنة الثانية للهجرة
والمصانع تقع على الضفة الشرقية من وادي حنيفة
