★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربته مرتين المساج عادي جدًا ولا يوجد اي احترافية لدى العامل، الموسيقى شغالة بهدف الاسترخاء ولاكن احد العمال يصفر بصوت عالي في احد الاسياب !
السعر 175 ما يستاهل الخدمة ابدًا
الشيء الوحيد الجيد عندهم الحلاقة ولاكن في قسم الحلاقة تسمع اغاني غريبة جدًا
تجربة لن تتكرر
I tried it twice. The massage is very normal and there is no professionalism on the part of the worker. The music is playing in order to relax, but one of the workers is whistling loudly in one of the clothes!
Price 175 is not worth the service at all
The only good thing they have is shaving, but in the shaving department you hear very strange songs
An experience that will not be repeated

١- اداء اخصائي المساج : طلبت مساج سويدي للاسترخاء وكان الاخصائي ممتاز في التكنيك ولبي الغرض واذا عدت ساطلب نفس الاخصائي واسمه محمد
٢- الوقت: طلبت مساج لمده ساعه بقيمه 210 ريال لكن فعليا الوقت الذي استغرقه لانهاء جلسه المساج كان 50 دقيقه وبالتالي يوجد عشره دقائق لم استفد منها وهذه الملاحظه انقصت التقييم
٣- طريقه تعامل موظف الاستقبال: عند توجيهي الملاحظه المتعلقه بالوقت بكل هدوء وادب بادرني برد فعل محتقن وعدم السماح لي بتوضيح الملاحظه ومحاوله المقاطعه بالرد بالتبرير غير المقنع والرد لم يكن في محله ( الملاحظه في جهه والرد في جهه اخري) محاولا اتهامي بطريقه غير مباشره بالكذب وهذا رد غير لائق .. وهذا التصرف انقص التقييم
٤- نظافه المكان والجو العام : بشكل عام غرفه المساج ودوره المياه اجلكم الله نظيفه والاخصائي نظيف ويستعمل القلفزات والادوات الاخري جديده ومغلفه من مناشف استخدام لمره واحده وصابون وشامبو وشورت لكن يعيب علي الجو العام انخفاض صوت موسيقي الاسترخاء حتي تشعر بالهدوء وهذا ايضا ساهم في انخفاض التقييم
لن تكون اخر زياره وساعاود الزياره بمشيئه الله علي امل الاخذ بالملاحظات المذكوره وتحسين تجربه العميل وفي حينها سيتقرر اذا ساستمر بانتظام ولمرات عده ام لا
The evaluation is based on four criteria
1- The performance of the massage therapist: I requested a Swedish massage for relaxation, and the therapist was excellent in technique and fulfilled the purpose. If I return, I will ask for the same specialist, whose name is Muhammad
2- Time: I requested an hour-long massage for a value of 210 riyals, but actually the time it took to finish the massage session was 50 minutes, and therefore there are ten minutes that I did not benefit from, and this note reduced the evaluation
3- The way the receptionist dealt: when I made the remark about time calmly and politely, he gave me a vexed reaction and did not allow me to clarify the remark and try to interrupt me by responding with unconvincing justification, and the response was not appropriate (the remark on one side and the response on the other) trying to accuse me indirectly of lying This is an inappropriate response.. and this behavior underestimated the evaluation
4- The cleanliness of the place and the general atmosphere: in general, the massage room and the bathroom, for God’s sake, are clean, and the specialist is clean and uses gloves and other tools that are new and wrapped in one-time use towels, soap, shampoo and shorts, but the general atmosphere is bad with the low sound of music relaxing until you feel calm, and this also contributed to the low rating
It will not be the last visit and I will visit again, God willing, in the hope of taking into account the aforementioned observations and improving the customer experience, and at that time it will be decided if I will continue regularly and for several times or not.
