★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a massage service by phone at a time slot, when I got there the receptionist told me they had no available time slots, and my reservation was cancelled ! I have not even received a call back to let me know my reservation was cancelled! Absolutely not coming back even though they offered discount for my next visit.
