سيء جدا جدا جدا جدا جدا جدا قسما بالله العلي العظيم لو فيه اقل من نجمة ان تاخذونها
لاتضحك على العملا الجدد وتوهمهم باني متاخر في السداد العقد من تاريخ شهر١/٢٠٢١ على ان يتم التركيب خلال ٩٠ يوم ونتهت مدة العقد عليك انت ان تدفعلي بدل ظرر ١٠٠ الف ريال وتجي نركب مصعدك ونت ساكت ،

للاسف ادارة الشركة متمثله في خدمة العملاء و ادارة التركيبات سيئة جداً جداً جداً لي اكثر من اسبوعين احاول اتواصل مع ادارة التركيبات عن طريق ادارة خدمة العملاء و رد خدمة العملاء سوف تقوم ادارة التركيبات بالاتصال بك لتنسيق معك و للاسف يكذبون و حتى الان لم اتلقئ اي اتصال حتى هذا التاريخ.
مع العلم اني زرتهم اليوم في مكتبهم في الرياض حسب جدول الدوام اللي مسجل في قوقل الساعة الخامسة مساءً وجدت المكتب مغلق. فهذي مصيبة لا تجاوب بالتليفون و لا مكتب مفتوح اثناء اوقات الدوام.
اذا كان حالهم قبل التركيب كيف حالهم في حالة تعطل المصعد او الصيانه اعتقد اني تسرعت في التعاقد معهم و انهم بيشغلوني برفع شكاوي عليهم لوزارة التجارة.

Unfortunately, the company’s management is represented in customer service and the installation management is very, very bad. For more than two weeks, I try to contact the installation department through the customer service department and the customer service response. Until this date.
Knowing that I visited them today in their office in Riyadh, according to the working schedule registered in Google at five in the evening and I found the office closed. This is a misfortune. You do not answer the phone, and the office is not open during working hours.
If their condition before installation, how are they in the event of an elevator breakdown or maintenance?
