★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف اتورطت مع هذه الشركة بسبب قلة خبرتي،، المصعد يادوب عدى عليه السنة، و ٤ او ٥ مرات يعلق و يجلس كم ساعة و يرجع يشتغل، آخر مرة صارله أكثر من يوم معلق، و كلمت الشركة قال انتهى ضمانك و ما نجيك إلا برسوم زيارة، و مافي اي ضمانات أخرى، يعني لو اتعطل مرة ثانية بعد شهر ما نجيك إلا برسوم و الا تدفع ٤٠٠٠ صيانة سنوية، الخلاصة: منتج سيء، و خدمة ما بعد البيع أسوأ من السيئة، و معاملة متغطرسة من قبل جنسيات عربية معروف عنهم الغطرسة،، لأنهم حطو فلوس الزبون بجيوبهم، و عارفين انه تورط معهم،، و بالمناسبة،، كل اللي حاطين لهم ٥ نجوم أكيد من طرفهم، لأن هذي الحركة لاحظتها في أكثر من شركة، تلاقي أصدقائهم يحطون لهم ٥ نجوم
 Unfortunately, I got involved with this company because of my lack of experience, the elevator is in charge of a year, and 4 or 5 times it gets suspended and sits for how many hours and returns it to work, the last time it came to him for more than a day suspended, and I spoke to the company, he said your guarantee is over and we will not save you except with a visit fee And there are no other guarantees, meaning if it breaks down again after a month, we will not save you except with fees or pay 4000 annual maintenance. The bottom line is: a bad product, after-sales service is worse than the bad, and arrogant treatment by Arab nationalities known for their arrogance. Because they put the customer’s money in their pockets, knowing that he got involved with them, and by the way, all those who have 5 stars are sure from their side, because this movement has been noticed in more than one company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معهم جدا سيئه ولايوجد لديهم اختبارات جوده قبل تسليم المصعد وعمالتهم غير مهنين الى درجة انهم يعطبون امورا اخرى داخل المبنى ، وادارتهم سيئة الى درجة عدم تعاونهم لحل الملاحظات على مصعدهم ، ويحاولون الضغط على المستهلك لاستلام المصعد على الرغم من وجود الملاحظات ويحاولون الاستذكاء عليك من خلال تبسيط المشكله ،.،، لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا ابدا ابدا .. الا الاستخفاف بالعملاء يالابجل ..
My experience with them is very bad. Simplify the problem,.,, I do not recommend dealing with them never ever never .. Only underestimate customers ..

وتسعيرتهم تختلف من زبون لزبون مع ان النوع واحد
وهذا ماصار . اعطوني تسعيرة . واعطوا ناس من اقربائي سعر اقل بكثير بنفس المواصفات . مما جعلني انسحب ولا اتعاقد معهم
