★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل غير مؤهل لاستقبال طلبات كبيرة وغير منظم .. واكبر غلط انهم مسكوا تفصيل عبايات التخرج لجامعة كبيرة والموجود موظفة واحدة فقط وغير مهذبة مع العملاء ولا توجد اي احترافية في العمل
The shop is not qualified to receive large orders and is unorganized.. The biggest mistake is that they caught the detail of graduation gowns for a large university, and there is only one employee and is not polite with customers and there is no professionalism at work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء لابعد درجة مجرد ماتحول الفلوس يسحبون عليك!!!!!!! بعد تحويل المبلغ لم يتم التواصل معنا بخصوص تسليم العبايه مع العلم انها عباية تخرج جامعة الامام ولكن عند البحث و التواصل اصبح مندوب واخذ بياناتي كامله بالمقاسات وموقع البيت للتوصيل وانتظرت مده ولم يتم التوصيل وكل يوم يتم التواصل مع المندوب ولا يوجد رد منه فقط يطلب المقاس وعند التفاهم معه افاد انه لم يتم اعتماد الطلب ولا توجد عبايات متوفرة و انه هو فقط مندوب توصيل!! على اي اساس يطلب مقاسي ويطلبون تحويل الفلوس بدون اعتماد الطلب!! سرقه عيني عينك وحتى لا يوجد لهم رقم للتواصل !! حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

After transferring the amount, we were not contacted regarding the delivery of the abaya, knowing that it is a graduation abaya from Imam University, but when searching and communicating, I became a representative and took my complete data on the sizes and the location of the house for delivery. The understanding with him stated that the request was not approved and there are no abayas available, and that he is only a delivery representative!! On what basis do they ask for my size and ask to transfer the money without approving the request!! Your eyes stole your eyes and even they don't have a contact number!! God is enough, and yes, the agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم لطيف تواصلت مع استاذة موضي الجلعود عشان عندي طلب خاص بالعباية وتعاونت معاي إلى أن استملت منها العباية طلعت عينها بطلباتي بس عسل سمعت طلباتي وتجاوبت معاي ?? انصح بالتعامل معاها لكن احرصوا انكم تطلبون قبل بوقت كافي عشان يمدي تاخذون عبايتكم على الموعد وبالتوفيق????

I contacted Ms. Modi Al-Jaloud because I had a request for the abaya, and she cooperated with me until I received the abaya from her, the same thing came out with my requests, but honey, she heard my requests and responded to me ?? I advise dealing with her, but make sure that you order before enough time so that you can take your abaya on time and good luck ??? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الله يعطيهم العافية صراحة التنظيم كان جميل وكان لكل يوم كلية لتسليم عبايات التخرج و وجود قرووب لتنظيم صراحة تعامل خرافي وكذلك الاستاذة موضي الله يعطيها الف عافيه كانت معي اول ب اول وتجيب على كل استفساراتي رغم الضغط اللي كان عندها موفقين خير ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كمية فوضى بالمحل مش طبيعية استلمت عبايتي بعد معاناه معهم مافيه اي تنظيم والعبايات ماتتوفر بكميات كبيرة على انهم متعاقدين مع جامعة! والمسؤولين عن المحل كل واحد يرميك على الثاني وتبريرات غير مقبولة منهم ابدا اتمنى تكملون على المراييل فقط .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه انا متأخره جداً في طلب العبايه ولكن تواصلت مع استاذه موضي الجلعود ماقصرت جاوبتني على كل استفسار وبرحابه صدر اشكرها من كل قلبي والان استلمت العبايه الحمدالله والحفل بعد بكرا .. ماقصرت بذلت اقصى مجهود مع البنات وفي قروب التلقرام
ولو سألتها تجاوب مباشره ?? الله يجزاها كل خير ويكثر من امثالها♥️♥️♥️
