★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this place very much in fact I'm one of their first customers when they had only one branch in Ar Resallah st. The last few orders I had with them I faced terrible customer service of all time! Every time I try to call them the line is busy but when I get into the store I find out they pick up the phone to avoid call orders while the in-store customers are not that much of people to avoid calls. Today I called and they picked up the phone and I was on the line for almost two minutes then they hung up on me without any reason when I asked him why he said they just open and I can see that he was lying because when he answered I heard him taking orders! I like this place but after all these incidents I would rather find an alternative. I hope you guys understand that customer service is as much important as your product. Good day to you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer for Sheese but it is my first time to order in Ramadan.
The pizza was good. All were fresh and well sealed.
The four stars is for, unfortunately, the stuffing of both honeycombs were less than the usual and the dough is thicker too.
Sheese team, you should stick to your high standards otherwise you will lose your loyal customers. Your honeycomb is one of the best in town so please make sure it always be.
