★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience dealing with them, starting with the reception to the employee, even with an appointment they had us wait for 2 hours, just to be told that the part we were waiting for a month to get has not arrived yet and they were not sure if it was even ordered or not, such a let down, the reception employee was not staying at his desk, instead he was going around doing God knows what while he had a security personal working on his desk in his stead, unprofessional, the branch manager was not around and no supervisor was available either, the place was small and no one was enforcing the health measures for covid 19 as well.
