★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -They don’t follow corona guidelines for social distancing (people sitting next to each other with half a meter spacing)
-Our appointment was set for 12:30, we didn’t see the doctor until passed 2:30...
-Numbering system they use is so messy and unprofessional.
-No-one knows whats going on, when you need info for why the delay no one is responsible.
-The place is pretty noisy with all the phones and intercoms going off.
Only reason that I gave 3 stars was because of a doctor seems to help “and its not that famous guy that popular guy that shows on tv and stuff if you know who I mean”

downside:
-they have to make some renovation in the clinic for their patience to feel positive. Dark colors Won’t make them feel better.
- the staff needs to be happy and helpful not sad specially in this kinda places I know it’s hard to manage that but I notice 90% of the staff are bad and have lack of handling customers. Please take me advice and be responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible experience I had in this clinic, I thought I did enough research to choose this place to treat a loved one.
We get to see Dr.Hashem, he was ok the first session, heard our concern and he gave us a diagnosis and a treatment plan.
He prescribed a few medication as well and told us to meet him in a month, so we scheduled an appointment in a month. everything is clear and looking good.
Today was the mark of one month, we went there and checked in, the receptionist told us that the Dr.Hashem refuse to see us and he advise us to see another doctor. (mind you we have already paid 500 to see him).
We were shocked and demanded explanation. There was no explanation what so ever, Just asked us to leave.
It was unfortunate that my loved one who needed help be treated this way.
Unprofessionalism manners from Hesham, who himself, yelled at us later and asked us to leave and he won’t provide treatment anymore.
The police got involved but of course they couldn’t do much since there was no violence involved.
We walked out speechless, had no idea what just happened and what caused all of this.
Instead of treatment, we got scammed.
Took our money and disrespected us.
Lastly, we will continue our journey to find a better place with a professional doctors and pray to Allah to handle our matter with Hashem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure cheap commercial experience, doctors time slots for appointments are so short and they accept walk-in patients in between so they never respect their appointments which gives you as a patient a terrible experience with the doctor as the doctor doesn't give enough time and attention to the patient. And that's is terrible experience specially when the patient is a child. They add remove and change medicines without any proper explanation of the consequences on the patient life. I had the same exact experience with multiple doctors in the same place and wouldn't recommend it for any one else.
I insist on the fact that the experience I faced here in many visits gave me a cheap commercial taste and I will not repeat it what so ever.

Dr, altanood...
Who are alwys make patient feel positive.
But mostly stuff of this clinic i dont understand sometimes!
Seems like they are real patients!! How they could treat patients if they show themselves.
They are bored!!
Need friendly behaviour, yha this durning the covid session everything really hard to handle & am agreed with that,,
but atleast need show some respect to customers its important!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not even a medical center, very poor service and not sure if they are qualified MOH should shut down this center the receptionist is treating the patients very bad , the waiting area is so dark with very bad ventilation and no view more over the waiting time is funny, those who visit such center are looking for special care and positive experience, this center is done subscribe drugs
