باشتري قطعه لسيارتنا طلبوا فتح ملف وسجل تجاري ومستندات عشان اخذ القطعه ويفتحوا لنا ملف.
بعد ٣ ايام تم اضافة اسمنا واستلمت القطعه.
جيتهم بعد سنة باشتري فلتر مكيف قالوا ما عندك ملف ولازم تجيب كل المستندات صورة الاستمارة والسجل التجاري ومستندات ثانية.
قلت طيب سجلها باسمي قال ما نقدر
يعني عشان اشتري قطعه لازم اقدم معروض واقعد ٣ ايام انتظر فلتر مكيف؟
هذا غير شكاوى العملاء اللي سمعتهم يشتكوا من سوء الخدمة وانا في الفرع.
طبعا غير اسعار قطع الغيار المرتفعة
Worst place to buy spare parts
To buy a part for our car, they asked to open a file, a commercial registry and documents in order to take the part and open a file for us.

I came to them after a year to buy an air-conditioned filter. They said you don't have a file and you have to submit all the documents, a copy of the form, the commercial registry, and other documents.

I mean, in order to buy a piece, I have to submit an offer and sit for 3 days, waiting for an air conditioner filter?
This is other than the complaints of the customers that I heard complaining about the poor service while I was in the branch.

التلميع على العميل قبل الشراء وبعد البيع الله يخلف عليه لا انصح بالشراء منهم وبشده
