★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أول مره أشوف فرع شركة رسمي ويرفض استقبال الجهاز بحجة التأخير في توفير قطع الغيار ويعطيني رقم عامل عشان اتواصل معاه ويصلح الجهاز وبالاخير ولاشي ضبط ... يعني مشكلة الواحد يشتري جهاز لاب توب OMEN وغالي وبالأخير مانلقى قطع غيار لانه تخطى السنتين !!!!!!!

I mean the problem of one buys an expensive OMEN laptop, and in the end we do not find spare parts because it is more than two years old!!!!! !!
