★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ((أَفَلَا أُعَلِّمُكَ كَلَامًا إِذَا أَنْتَ قُلْتَهُ أَذْهَبَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ هَمَّكَ، وَقَضَى عَنْكَ دَيْنَكَ ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قُلْ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ، وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ، وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ، قَالَ: فَفَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ فَأَذْهَبَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ هَمِّي، وَقَضَى عَنِّي دَيْنِي
((Will they not teach you words if you have said go God Almighty distress and spent your religion? I said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah said: Say if you become, and if I am the: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, and I seek refuge in You from disability and laziness, And I seek refuge in You from cowardice and miserliness, and I seek refuge in You from the conquest of debt and the oppression of men.
