محاولة تصريف العملاء
بحجة عدم توفر ما يطلبون
إضافة لذلك لا يرتدي كمامة!!
-طلبنا شاهي قال غير متوفر.
-طلبنا لقيمات قال سيتأخر إعدادها بأقلي لكم جديد قلنا عادي، تفأجأت انه أخرجها من ثلاجة الحلى وأحضرها ويقول زودت لكم حبه.
-طلبنا كابتشينو وكأنها نسكافيه وماء وبدون رغوة ونكهه غير مرغوبه. واضحة في الصور??
باختصار:
تطفيش وتشريد للعملاء وإساءة للمحل
وبمراجعة الكاميرات يتضح جلوس العملاء ثم "طردهم بأسلوب عدم توفر طلباتهم"
وعند دفع الحساب الفاتورة ب40ريال
دفعنا 50ريال راح يصرفها
ثم رجع 5ريال فقط!!
وبعد استغراب ومناقشة اخذنا ال10ريال كاملة

و الطاقم من كاشير و موظفين مره بشوشين و محترمين
مو اخر زياره لهم ان شاء الله
