★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was excellent. All staff members were amazing. Mr. Mohamed from reception, Ms. Rana, Mr. Rashid, Mr. Karem, and all employees WITHOUT a single exception were outstanding. All friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. I will come back for sure, God willing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our short stay in the hotel was great. Very accommodating staff when we arrived ahead of our check in.. I forgot his name. And another accommodating request when I requested To stay after check out time since our flight Will only be around 5pm. Thanks to Mot Ab. Great food and great staff from restaurant. Surely, we come back. ??

but as regard recipients Mr. soliman and Mr. Metaeb are great persons know how to deal with the people in excellent way with cheerful face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for iftar party. I haven't had the chance to visit rooms. The open buffet is acceptable as it serves few delicious cuisines. It costs 150 SAR per head. They provided numerous gifts the audience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked my stay there as the location is nearby our regional office. I had a very good sleep but the noise from other rooms are reaching to my room the bathroom is a bit old in terms of design as well as the room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design of the hotel is Grecian with a lot of attention to detail. Hotel lobby had this beautiful Ramadaan themed decor all over. Great venue for iftaar dinner (cost = SR149 pp). Quite a variety of foods, drinks and desserts. We loved that the waiters were also dressed traditionally. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star is the maximum I can give for this hotel. The hotel is old the Cleanliness is good but the room service need to change a lot. Always it was mistake in the orders . Like you order cappuccino and arrive double espresso or ask for natural orange juice and arrive a peach juice.
