★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately bad experience, they lack experience in dealing with guests, they are not arranged, not organized , really lack of professional in management. I reserved early for IFtar buffet, at time of arrival, we stayed in long queue to check , then shifted us to a small area, crowded with table with no spaces beside the buffet. I guess their aim how to collect money on expense of customer’s satisfaction.
I didn’t recommend.

Staff was friendly specially Bappi from housekeeping who was always willing to walk the extra mile and make our stay more pleasant.
Will stay again if traveling to Jeddah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very cordial and friendly. Cleanliness is awesome. Special thanks to Mr Altaf who was on duty from laundry. I had a very short stay time. He was kind and efficient enough to realise my problem and got my laundry done very quickly and neatly. A good job well done. Many thanks.
