واذا اتاخرت يخصمون 500ريااال وما يمشو على الشروط اللي في العقد مكتوب الغياب خصم بيومين هذول يخصمو 500ايي مخالفه عندهم 500رياال الله لا يوفقهم ولا يربحهم

يشتغل فيها بصفته معقب للشركة نرجوا متابعته يستغل الوضيفه. ويخصم علي السكرتاريه 500 ريال في اليوم وغير لايق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتغلت مع صاحب المؤسسة ولقيته يهتم بثلاث نقاط..
الاول رضا العملا بمستوى جودة (خدمة العملاء ) او خدمات مابعد البيع زي مانسميها ..
والامر الثاني ولاء الموظفين للمؤسسة .. وكأنها مؤسستهم .. حتى في كلامهم يقولوا مؤسستنا احنا شغلنا .. وكأنها عائلية .
اما الثالث .. رواتب الحراس
حضرت وقت تجهيز المسيرات كانت المكاتب في استنفار لتخليص الحقوق وحسمها وتحويل المرتبات للفروع ال١٦ حول المملكة عشان مايتأخروا على رواتب الناس .
ويتابع يتاكد من التسليم .
اما مدير الفرع
الكل يشكر في ذوقه وادبه ودبلوماسيته ..
اعطياهم ٤ نجمات فقط عشان المظاهر الديكوريشن .. تعرفوني مرة تهمني ?✌
