★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحتي الخالصة لمن يقرأ هذا ؛ ان لا يذهب إلى هذا المركز ويرتكب الخطأ الذي ارتكبته. هذه أسوأ تجربة لي في تلقي علاج الأسنان في ذلك المركز. يضع المركز المال فوق إرضاء المرضى. محمد باموسة الذي يعمل في الإدارة وعدني وطمأنني في مناسبات عديدة بأنني سأحصل على خصم على علاجي ، لكن هو مجرد انسان كذاب. لا أستطيع معرفة كيف يمكن للمالك أن يثق بمثل هذا الشخص في الإدارة. هناك العديد من مراكز طب الأسنان الأفضل في الجودة والخدمة والتي تضع رضا المرضى قبل جيوبهم.
My sincere advice to whoever is reading this; is to not go to this center and make the mistake I did. This is my worst experience in receiving dental treatment at that center. The center places money on top of patient satisfaction. Mohamed bamusa who works in the administration promised and reassured me on many occasions that I will be receiving a discount for my treatment, is just a liar. I can’t figure out how the owner can trust such person in the administration. There are many dental centers that are better in quality and service who put patients’ satisfaction before their pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المركز فيه أطباء مميزين ولكن يعاب على المركز عدم الإلتزام بالمواعيد فأقل شي قد تنتظر أكثر من ساعة حتى يأتي دورك بالرغم من حضورك قبل موعدك ، وأيضاً بين كل موعد والآخر حوالي ٣ أسابيع مما يجعلك تأخذ أشهر طويله لمعالجة سن واحد فقط أضف إلى ذلك الأسعار المبالغ فيها وبشكل كبير. أنا أتعامل مع الدكتور عنان وهو قمة في الأخلاق وعمله ممتاز ولكن وصفت ما يحدث بكل أمانه.
The center has distinguished doctors, but the center is reproached for not meeting appointments. The least thing is that you may wait more than an hour for your turn to come despite your presence before your appointment, and also between each appointment and the other about 3 weeks, which makes you take long months to treat one tooth only add to that the exaggerated prices And dramatically. I am dealing with Dr. Annan, who is highly ethical and his work is excellent, but I described what is happening with all honesty.

He reassured me and told me he could help me. and he did not lie after a root canal treatment, he helped me and I am very satisfied, he also advised me to take a crown and have it placed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have a phobia from dentists since I was 13 yrs old, now am 42 and still have it till I met Dr. Osama Alnabolsi, one of the best dentist in Jeddah.
He treated my teeth which was in a very bad condition, and above all that he treated them painlessly.
I really recommend him if you are visiting this Center.
