وهو بصراحة في قمة الأخلاق وسعة الصدر وتقبل نقدي وتفهمه لمشكلة خدمة العملاء.

١. الأسعار. ليست منافسة ابدا وخاصة لمن يرغب بالتوصيل لغرب او جنوب او شمال الرياض لان المحل يقع في شرق الرياض والتوصيل هناك مجاني اما باقي الجهات بالرياض ياخذون رسوم ٢٠ ريال وانا سبق اخذو مني ٣٠ ريال للتوصيل لعرقة لو تضيف قيمة التوصيل ع سعر المياه راح يطلع عليك سعر المياة مرتفع يعني لو تبحث عن محل جنبك تاخذ منه أفضل لك وبيكون ارخص لك انا اخذت مياه مانا بسعر ١١ ريال ومع حسبه التوصيل يطلع عليه ب ١٣ للكرتون
٢. التوصيل داخل شرق الرياض عن طريق سياراتهم لكن للمناطق الثانية التوصيل عن طريق سيارة فإن مثل حقه توصيل الطلاب ٢ شباب مصريين يتعاقدون معهم اتوقع.
٣. كثير من الشركات إذا طلبت عدد معين من كراتين المياه يكون التوصيل مجاني وهذا غير موجود عندهم انا حاليا اتعامل مع شركة توصل لي عدد ٢٠ كرتون والتوصيل مجاني لذلك إذا ما عندهم عروض توصيل وهذا الي يهم الناس لان سعر المياه جملة وخاصة مانا ما يتعدا سعرها ٩ ريال للكرتون او ٨ ريال والمصنع قريب مني بحي لبن وسألتهم. وشكرا لكم.
My experience with them is normal and less for several reasons
1. the prices. It is not a competition at all, especially for those who wish to deliver to the west, south or north of Riyadh, because the shop is located in the east of Riyadh and the delivery there is free. As for the rest of the regions in Riyadh, they charge a fee of 20 riyals, and I previously took from me 30 riyals for the delivery of a race. If you add the value of the delivery to the price of water, the price of water will show you. High, I mean, if you are looking for a place beside you, you will take better for you and it will be cheaper for you. I took mana water at 11 riyals, and with it the delivery is shown by 13 per carton
2. Delivery inside the east of Riyadh via their cars, but for the second regions, delivery by car. The same is the right to deliver students to 2 young Egyptians who contract with them.
3. Many companies, if you ask for a certain number of cartons of water, the delivery is free, and this is not available to them. I am currently dealing with a company that delivers 20 cartons and the delivery is free, so if they have delivery offers, this is what matters to people because the price of water is a total, especially when the price of water exceeds 9 riyals. For a carton or 8 riyals, and the factory is near me in Hay Laban, and I asked them. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحه كان ممتاز سابقًا من ناحيه اسعار وتعامل الان تعامل سيئ من ناحيه التوصيل والطلبات طلبت اكثر من مره ومافيه مصداقيه بالمواعيد المتفق عليها .
The frankness was previously excellent in terms of prices and now it is dealt with badly in terms of delivery and orders requested more than once and there is no credibility in the agreed dates.
