They wrote my ID wrong and this make a lot of problem in Tawakkalna app
And they don’t respond on the phone

Done my father & mother's PCR test 3 days ago in Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, but still, the report is not updated in the Tawakkalna app. Visit their lab, and no support was provided by reception “Anwar Alanazi” instead, he said to come and get a new PCR test by paying a new fee and forget the old test.
From the reviews, many others are suffering from this fraud of Elta Laboratory. We will make an official complaint to the ministry of health. Please guide if anyone knows the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, its been more than 3 weeks since my mom took a swab and its not appearing in Tawakalna as she has to end institutional quarantine, no support is provided over whatsapp or call, now she appears as violstor in Tawakalna, pathetic service.
