A year has passed, it was supposed to be the "most important day of my life", but because of the management of the resort, it turned into the worst day in my life. We are now Ramadan and I will not forget you from my prayers and I will prostrate and fast. Many things that the planners refused to do. They rented the place without a fence with a swimming pool, and on the day of the party they put up a fence and refused compensation (note that I got tired while going to a resort without a fence, meaning the party depends on this thing). Many things they refused on the day of the party and the field coordinator had to lay off everything because of them and the reason for their increased complexity, no and above All this, they want me to clean the place with my conscience and conscience and sweep it before I see enough that the day was bad and a nightmare for me because of them, they only let me go to dawn and I dismantle iron and decorations from everywhere (the work needs a guard and many workers) I swear to God Almighty that I tortured my guests and let them work with me until dawn!! Unfortunately, there are many things that we agreed on, but they were not what they said (note that I visited the place with the coordinator 3 times!! But to make sure everything would be perfect, but God suffices me, and yes, the agent, God does not forgive you or congratulate you, and I will continue to pray for you until the last day of my life. They are not professional at all. They turned my supposedly to be “the most important day of my life” into a nightmare. I payed thousands of thousands on this day to be perfect but unfortunately due to their lack of professionalism it was my worst day ever. Its been almost a year now and i cant let go! And no i'm not the type of a person who holds a grudge. It's just irritating! how can someone be that heartless? How can you easily and carelessly ruin someone's day? Dont you know that i've been waiting for this day for years? I SAVED MONEY FOR YEARS AND I EVEN SELLED MY BAGS FOR THIS DAY!! No joke!! And here i'm crying my eyes out and on debt because of them. I hope Allah Almighty will answer my prayers one day and punish them.
