No Maintainance at all
Many problems happened
The water was coming out of the water fall and kids were slipping with it
Water was everywhere
Some of the room had a ver bad smell also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been booking their resorts for last 4 years for Eid, and the standard and maintenance have deteriorated noticeably. Was disappointed when visited for Eid 2022, as roller gates do not work, fridge smells bad and doesn't cool, washroom locks are broken, kids play area isn't cleaned properly, and outdoor ambience is visibly poor. Hope the owner will arrange to renovate as it used to be great in 2018-2019.
