★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه لاباس بها هي للسكن المؤقت من يومين الى ثلاث ايام والاسعار شبه مقبوله اي غرفتين وصاله بمبلغ مائه وخمسون ريال وشبكة النت عندهم ليست بالجوده المطلوبه لكنها مقبوله نوعآ ما .كما يوجد فيها كافي للقهوة السعوديه والشاي
The service is not good, it is for temporary accommodation from two to three days and the prices are almost acceptable, i.e. two rooms and a hall at a sum of one hundred and fifty riyals, and their internet network is not of the required quality, but it is somewhat acceptable.

The employees are respectful and God willing
The service is very excellent and the cleanliness and arrangement are great
The most important thing is comfort. You really relaxed with them
And what distinguishes them the Secretariat
And of course the apartments are for families, and they are not celibate or disturbed like others

وموظفين الاستقبال ذو خلق حميد
من اجمل الشقق المفروشة بالرياض
باذن لله ليس اخر تعامل لي معهم
Very excellent apartments, clean and close to all services, I recommend living in them
And their prices are very satisfactory
The reception staff is of good character
One of the most beautiful furnished apartments in Riyadh
God willing, it is not my last dealings with them
