٢- خدمات تنظيف يومين يالاسبوع
٣- اثاث نظيف نوعاً ما
٤- الاسعار (٢٠٠٠) لشقه غرفة و صاله و مطبخ و حمام
٥- الاسعار (٢٥٠٠) لشقه غرفتين و صاله و مطبخ و حمام
٦- تزيد ١٠٠ ريال المواقف الي في القبو
السلبيات :
١- اليماني الي بالاستقبال سئ التعامل و يحس انك ساكن على حسابه
٢- الانترنت الي في العماره سيئ جداً جداً / و شبكة الجوال كذالك سيئه
٣- الشارع الي على الشقه جداً مزدحم /و الحي سئى جداً

4- Prices (2000) for an apartment, room, hall, kitchen, and bathroom
5- Prices (2500) for a two-room apartment, a hall, a kitchen and a bathroom
6- 100 riyals increases parking spaces in the basement
Negatives :
1- Al-Yamani, who received a bad deal, feels that you are staying at his expense
2- The Internet in the building is very, very bad / The mobile network is also bad
3- The street on the apartment is very crowded / and the neighborhood is very bad
