★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله جربتهم مقدمة من قريب عاملة كينيا عندهم مصادقية ورد على الاستفسارات وسعة صدر وفيه الاخ السوداني بالمكتب والله يرد على الاستفسارات مع اني كنت مزعجتهم بالمتابعة بس يرد بكل ترحيب ويوضح بالصراحة انصح بهم وهذي تجربتي شخصيا والله ما اعرفهم الا من خلال تقديمي عليهم رائعين وخمس نجوم قليلة عليهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين جدًا في التعامل مع العملاء قمت بإلغاء التعاقد معهم ومن بعد الالغاء بدت رحلة المماطلة في استرجاع مبلغ التعاقد مر 23 يوم من الإلغاء ومارجعوا وكل يوم يقولون بكره.. والان قدمت عليهم شكوى بمساند وبانتظار الرد
Very bad in dealing with customers, I canceled the contract with them, and after the cancellation it seemed like a journey of procrastination in recovering the contract amount, 23 days have passed since the cancellation and they came back and every day they say tomorrow .. Now I submitted a complaint to them with support and waiting for a response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سبق و جربتهم قبل ٥ سنوات .عاملة سريلانكية ممتازة . و الآن عاملة بنقلاديشية.. غير مطابقة للمطلوب . كبيرة سن فوق ال٦٠ مخالف لما طلب من عمر ٢١ ، ٣٠ . اضافة إلى عدم إلمامها بالأعمال المنزلية و قذارتها في نفسها و عملها و عدم احترامها لخصوصية العائلة مع انه سبق لها العمل ف الدمام ٨ أشهر فقط . الظاهر تم أخذها من فراشها و امراضها و احضارها عندي . إضافة إلى مدة الاستقدام ٤ أشهر انتظار ..و خسارة ٢١ ألف ريال و تحمل تكاليف الحجر المؤسسي مع انه ع المكتب . لا أقول إلا حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل .الله يعوضني خير
