★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت تجربة دفعت ثمنها كثير للأسف مخطط فله قص ولزق وعلى الواقع تحملت كل التبعات حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل يوم شفت مخططات المكاتب المحترمة مع الناس عرفت الفرق لكن بعد فوات الأوان.

بالنهاية سلموني مخططات ناقصة غير تنفيذية
و ذلك خلاف الاتفاق
المخطط الانشائي و المعماري مختلفين
مخطط التكييف و السباكة ما سلموها
و الاشراف حدث و لا حرج، يجي يتفرج و يمشي
و المهندس حقهم علة؛ عشان يعدل المخطط
ياخذ له اسبوعين ثلاثة
نصيحة اذا تبغى شغل نظيف و كامل لا تروح لهم
تبغى مخطط و السلام و تسلمه للمقاول يتصرف روح لهم

And that is against the agreement
Structural and architectural plans are different
Air conditioning and plumbing scheme, they didn't deliver it
The supervision is an event and there is nothing wrong with it, he comes to watch and walks
And the engineer has their right to a bug; To modify the scheme
It takes him two to three weeks
Advice if you want a clean and complete job, do not go to them
You want a plan and peace and hand it over to the contractor, who will act as a spirit for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقسم بمن احل القسم من افشل المكاتب من ناحية التثبيت المساحي ، لديهم مساح سوداني فتره طويله وانا اطارد وراه عشان تثبيت ارض ومو قادر اوصل له ولا يرد ع الجوال ولا على الواتس والله يشهد ع كلامي ، من اراد الضغط والسكر مبكرا فل يتعامل مع قسمهم المساحي والى الان لم تحل مشكلتي !!!
