★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب لا يتحلى بالمصداقية، قد يتفق معك بسعر في الوقت الحالي وعند التنفيذ يطلب مضاعفة السعر خلاف المتفق عليه، من وجهة نظري مكتب سيئ جداً يقدم المصلحة المالية على كل شيء لو كان هناك التزام من الطرفين على مبلغ مسبق. اتمنى من صاحب الطاقم الاداري ان يلتزم بما يتم الاتفاق عليه ولا يطمع بعد ذلك، ويقدر انتظار العميل لمدة معينه، ويحترم ثقة العميل للمكتب.
 An office that is not credible, may agree with you at a price at the present time and upon implementation asks to double the price other than the agreed upon, in my view a very bad office that presents the financial interest over everything if there is a commitment from both parties on a pre-paid amount. I hope the owner of the administrative staff adheres to what is agreed upon and does not covet after that, and appreciates waiting for the client for a certain period, and respects the client’s trust in the office.

والله على ما اقول شهيد
طلب مني مبلغ خيالي جدا قريب 6 اضعاف المكاتب الثانيه ويحسسك انه السعر الطبيعي واسلوب جس النبض وبالنهاية ختمها بسوء اخلاق لرفضي المبلغ

He asked me for a very imaginary amount, close to 6 times the second offices, and you feel that it is the normal price and the method of feeling the pulse, and in the end it was sealed with bad morals for my refusal of the amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب سيئ جدا جدا جدا بالتعامل من المدير السعودي ويتأخر بإصدار الرخص لي اكثر من ٨ أشهر ماخذت الرخصه وحاول يضحك علي بطلب مخطط السلامه من عندهم قال ٨٠٠٠ آلاف وطلعته من برا المكتب بأقل من ألف ريال اقسم بالله العظيم وسألت عن رقم صاحب المكتب ورفضوا يعطوني الرقم
Very, very, very bad office, dealing with the Saudi manager, and it is more than 8 months late in issuing licenses to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ واقل من نجمه رحت عندهم ابغا تثبيت ارض قالو مانعرف احنا نثبت الارض اذ كانت بين عمارتين قايمه لكن ارض بين قطع اراضي مانعرف ههههه ياعمي انتم معلمين روضه؟؟انتم مهندسين هاذا شغلكم والمفروض فاهمينه المهم بيرقعوها اتصلو علي قالو لانعرف بس ب5000هههههه يعني انتي قولي لا استغفر الله بس
