★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكتبه مرتفعه اسعارها ،، يوجد موظفين من الجنسيه اليمنيه معاملتهم سيئه مع الموظفات في الفرع ( رفع صوت واستحقار أمام العملاء ) موظف الطباعه من الجنسيه اليمنيه سيئ الاخلاق وسيئ العمل ، اتمنى من صاحب المكتبه ينظر في هذا الموضوع ، شكر خاص للموظف الخلوق " محفوظ "
 The library has high prices. There are Yemeni employees who treat them badly with the female employees in the branch (raising their voice and contempt in front of customers). The printing employee of Yemeni nationality has bad manners and bad work. I wish the library owner would look into this matter, a special thanks to the kind employee “Mahfouz”

Al-Riyadah Library is a very wonderful library in its two branches (Laban and Mahdia) and their prices are reasonable and they are distinguished by their speed of achievement and their multiple experiences, especially Brother Abdullah, more than wonderful for his deep understanding in electronic services and the speed of his achievement. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتبه اكثر من رائعه كل شيء متواجد فيها وحمدالله اجي اخلص شغلتي بثواني .. كل العاملين عليها مبدعين والكاشير اخلاق ومحترم واسلوب يخلي الزباين ترجع للمكتبه ثاني اهنيكم افضل مكتبه في الحي .
His library is more than wonderful, everything is in it, and thank God, I came to finish my job in a matter of seconds.. All the workers on it are creative, the cashier is ethical, respectful and a style that makes customers return to the library. The second I congratulate you is the best library in the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسعار خيالية. ومبالغة غير مبرره في اسعار الخدمات الإلكترونية وإستغلال كبير… جيتهم في خدمة رفع شهادة من خلال موقع الصندوق العقاري خلال خمس دقايق فقط وتفاجأت بأن سعر الخدمة 50 ريال وما يعلمونك قبل الخدمة عشان تدفع وانت ساكت.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استغلال من ناحية الخدمات اللي عند البنات تشتغل لي بدون لاتقول انها بتاخذ مني مبلغ فتح الموقع ومصره تسوي لي استعادة كلمه المرور تعجبت منها طلع عشان تاخذ مبلغ عليه !!! ثلاث اوراق طباعه طلعت ب19ريال ! عشان خدماتهم الاستغلاليه!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعار الرياده فرع لبن يأخذون 5ريال على استخدام الجهاز والدخول على الموقع وانا من عملائها .. وهذا المعمول به في كل مكتبات لبن .. بل فيه مكتبة في شارع تبوك اللي بلبن يأخذون ١٠ ريال .
يسجلون اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وتجيك رسالة وممكن يعبون لك بعض البيانات لكن يعلق الموقع أو ما يستطيع الدخول للخطوة التالية بسبب النظام فطبيعي يطلبون المكتبات هذا المبلغ الرمزي
