★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أفضل المكتبات العامة للباحثين في العلوم الشرعية والعربية، مكتبة جميلة وهادئة ومرتبة، منذ أن كانت في المبنى القديم وهي مميزة فزادت تميزا لما جاءت في هذا المبنى الواسع، أعتبرها أفضل مكتبة عامة للمتخصصين في الشريعة تجد فيها من الكتب والطبعات المميزة ما لا تجده في غيرها
 It is one of the best public libraries for researchers in Sharia and Arabic sciences, a beautiful, quiet and tidy library, since it was in the old building and it is distinctive, and it increased in distinction when it came in this spacious building.

تحتاج تطوير نظام الدخول
بترك استخدام بطاقة العضوية العادية أو المميزة..
بل المفترض أن يدخل الزائر دونها ودون تسجيل بياناته في كل زيارة..
بشأن دوامها.. الباحث الزائر من خارج الرياض او من أحياء بعيدة يضطر للخروج قبل الظهر.. ثم العودة العصر..
وهذا خسارة وقت عليه.. بالإضافة إلى انقطاع التركيز في البحث..
فليت الدوام متصل من شروق الشمس ( ٦ صباحا) إلى ( ١١ ليلا)
الكراسي غير مريحة..
وهي من أميز مكتبات الرياض في الترتيب الموضوعي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- هي مكتبة وقفية خيرية افتتحت بموافقة وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد سنة 1419هـ
2- أوقف على المكتبة عدة مكتبات من أهمها مكتبة قاضي عنيزة ومكتبة صالح بن علي بن غصون عضو هيئة كبار العلماء
3- تضم المكتبة جميع التخصصات الشرعية واللغة والتاريخ وتضم اكثر من 200000كتاب
