★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف التجربة مع المكتب سيئة لما طلبت منهم شهادة العزل الحراري كان الرد ( ضاعت) ولما طلبت منهم خدمة تابعة من اختصاصهم كان الرد مالنا شغل. التعامل مع المكتب وجع راس للأسف الشديد.
Unfortunately, the experience with the office was bad. When I asked them for a thermal insulation certificate, the response was “lost.” Dealing with the office is a headache, unfortunately.
