★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكتب فيه استغلال وطمع للاسف بمجرد انك تكمل سنه ساكن يزيد عليك 2000 ريال كل سنه بالايجار بحجة ان الشقق الي عنده مليانه او يحطها في المالك العماره.
The office is exploited and greed, unfortunately, as soon as you complete a year of living, it increases you 2000 riyals every year for rent, on the pretext that the apartments he has are full or that the owner places them in the building.

كنا مع مكتب سابق وانتقلت ادارته الى نفوذ التطوير
بالبدايه قلت مثلهم مثل المكتب السابق بدون اهتمام بالمستاجر ولا بالعقار ولا بالعقود
لكن صراحة ظني كان غلط
كل الشكر لكم والاحترام
One of the best offices I've been to
We were with a former office and its management moved to development influence
At first, I said like them, like the previous office, without interest in the tenant, in the real estate, or in contracts
But frankly, my guess was wrong

الله لا يحللهم ولا يبيحهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استئجرت منهم وحده سكنيه ويوم انتهى العقد وطالبتهم بالتأمين قامو بالمماطله واخراج اعذار واهيه بالصيانه وانا قمت بتسليم الشقه سليمه وحدث ذالك ايضا مع احد من اقاربي وقامو بمراجعتهم اكثر من مره حتى اخذ التأمين منهم لمده شهر كامل اراجع بالتأمين ومماطله منهم بغير حق من اسوء المكاتب بالتعامل والمماطله
I rented a residential unit from them, and on the day the contract expired, I demanded insurance from them. They procrastinated and made excuses for the maintenance. I handed over the apartment intact. This also happened with one of my relatives. They reviewed them more than once until they took the insurance for a whole month.
