★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل غشاش وغير دقيق أبداً. مدار من قبل مجموعه من السماسره من مصر. يقومون بالإعلان ووضع أسعار من رأسهم بدون اخذ الموافقه من الملاك. ولمن تروح عندهم وتكلم الي هم يسمونهم ملاك (مع اني اشك انهم ملاك، بالغالب يكون سمسار اخر مثله ) تتفاجئ ان الملاك ليس عندهم رغبه بالبيع او ليس متفقين على السعر اصلا ويوم انك تصل للمالك الفعلي للعقار تتفاجئ بان المالك لا يعلم بان العقار معروض للبيع و يقولك المالك اصلا انا ما كلمتهم ولا عرضت العقار عندهم. شلة سماسرة غشاشين ولا يخافون الله. لا انصح بالتعامل أبداً.

It is surprising that the angel does not have the desire to sell or not agree on the price originally and on the day you reach the real owner of the property surprised that the owner does not know that the property is for sale and The owner tells you that I have not spoken to them before, and I have not offered the property to them. Some brokers are not afraid of God. I would never recommend dealing.
