★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحه لوجه الله اذا تستأجر من عندهم لو شفت مسمار في الجدار أو مكيف دون شباك أو مرروحه ماتشتغل أو لمبه خربانه أو غراء على بلاط الغرفه أو اتفه شي لاتقبل السكن الأبعد الإصلاح لأنهم بيسروقك والله شركه نصابه وتسرق الناس احذر ثما احذر ثما احذر صور السكن من اول يوم ابسط شي صوره وبلغهم لأنهم بيحملوك ظلم وباطل وبهتان وقت التصفيه لن تراء غير مصري موراغ يبتسم لك ثمن يطلع عليك 1500ريال الي 2000ريال ويهدديك في المحكمه وإيقاف الخدمات حذاري من الابتسامات الزائفه وقت التاجير خليك صارم معاهم لكل التفاصيل والله على ما أقول شهيد انتبهو من هذاء المكتب الف مره بل مليون القانون لايحمي المغفلين احمي نفسك وقت تستأجر منهم ووثق كلشي عشان ماتندم؟؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة لوجة الله من محب ، الى كل شخص رجل كان او امرأة ، لا تستأجروا عند هذا العقار والله بتتعبون معهم لا خدمات ولا احترام مواعيد ولا اي شيء من هذا القبيل ، ياخذون منك ٥٠٠ ريال يقولك خدمات ، تدخل السكن تلقاها نفس ما كان ما تغير ولا شيء ،، و ثانياً :- قبل ما توقع العقد يحترمونك و يقدرونك و كل شيء و بعد ما توقع العقد و توثقة ينسونك بعدهاا لو تكلم و تدق عليهم ما يردون ولا يستجيبون لك ، ما انصح احد يستأجر عندهم نصيحة غير شف اي مكان ثاني ، و كل ما تبي تتواصل معهم عطاك الموضف رقم و كل واحد يحطها في الثاني الين ما تتعب انت ، و انت تبي خدمة منهم ، و ما يخدمونك ، نصيحة غيرو هذا العقار ،، نصيحة مني لكم ..
