Today I stuck cause shortage of time, and spent 5 hours to visited other Labs, Lucky I went to Hakeem Lab, and met with Ms. Dua, she have done exemplary job and solved my issue in few hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We searched the covid19 pcr test for travel by private company registered in Saudi Arabia ministry of health website. We found Al Hakeem medical labs registered there and read some reviews from google. We went to the labs where it was very close to our hotel. By driving, just about 10 minutes. The reception lady was very nice and she knew what requests were for our travel destination. She quickly did the registration and handed the papers to lab lady. She did good jobs too for the testing sampling. We asked tests to get results in 12hrsxn. We got the results in about 9 hours. Right before we left hotel to the airport. Recommend this place if you are traveling to a country that needs covid19 pcr test. They have competent prices too.. Check their web to see details. They sent us the results by email, test and WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit jittery once I started to fear that I might not get my test results back in time for my tonight’s flight, however, to my surprise, the facility delivered the PCR results on time via WhatsApp. Very convenient.
Only hick up was that their advertised timings were wrong online on their website and the what’s app auto responder as well.
I ended up paying the Taxi 100 Riyal extra when I realized that the lab was closed and won’t be open till 11 AM. I had to come back a second time and pay the taxi again.
Then again, All is well if end is well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This labs is very good actually, only one thing I can say bad is lack of staff during eid day, which can cause delayed for accomodating the costumers because only one receptionist on duty, Which a huge numbers of costumers where presents that time. I’m impressed with Ms. Doaa the receptionist, her personality which calm, approachable, welling to help those costumers who hardly to give their information. She really help a lot even though some costumers shouted to here. She reply with a decent way of approach to the person. I highly recommended this laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we came from US and performed our umrah and traveled to madinah. We had return flight on 24th. In order to return to US, covid 19 PCR is still required. After talking to couple local people, they advised me to this place. I called my driver and we arrived at this facility around 9:00pm. There was no big line at all and facility was very nice and clean. They were really organised and sitting area was really good. We had to wait for about 15 minutes and got our everything done. They have several options for test means 3 hrs 24 hrs and 72 hrs.
We took 24hrs one and got our results back in 10 hours.
They sent our results on WhatsApp and also on email.
When we went to airport and had some issues with timing and airline personnel rejected us to get on board because of minor time issue on our covid test. We made a phone Call to Laboratory and explained the situation, Believe or not they fixed in 5 minutes and sent us new results with in 5 minutes. I was so impressed with this and we showed our results to airport personnel and they let us on board.
They personnel whom we spoke with was really nice and helpful. He understood everything and helped us accordingly.
I would recommend this place to everyone and gave them 5 stars. I wish I could give them more than 20 stars because they deserve this.
Thanks to Al Hakeem to make our trip worthy.
