★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place seriously needs revamp! I did my rapid COVID test after paying SAR500 at BndrGene Medical Lab on 9th of January 2022. My test came positive and i expect BndrGene Lab would have official notified Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities of Saudi government about the positive case (based on WHO guidelines).
However, whilst i went into a self imposed strict isolation in the hotel, they did not care to notify my status to the authorities. I came across this fact when I contacted Ministry of Health on next steps, given the fact that i travelled all the way from Australia to perform Umrah and here only for limited time; Ministry of Health officer clearly indicated no record of my Covid test result or being a positive case.
I was utterly shocked and surprised on such negligence on behalf of the Laboratory and their lack appreciation of the seriousness of situation. If i did not act wisely and went into self isolation (based on Australian regulation) hundreds of other people would have been infected by me! I will formally write to ministry of health and Australian Embassy to advise Saudi government to take strongest possible action against this lab, who have lost the core purpose of community service, rather commercialise their work to mint money!

Extremely clean location, as a researcher I commend there practice and mannerisms.
Our PCR test was done at 1pm and we got all the results by 9pm the same day. I would definitely confirm the time before you go, but they seem very fast.
I hope them all the success going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an American visitor so was very worried about how I can get covid tests done. Alhamdulilah I found this place. I would give it 5 stars if they were better with communication (picking up calls, replying to messages on time). Other than that the staff was very professional.
I came at 9am and received results at 7pm same day. I paid 115 SAR.
