★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زوجي سوا عندهم طلع سلبي وعلى هذا الاساس خالطني انا وبنتي رضيعه وانصبنا لانو سوا عن طريق صحتي وطلعت ايجابيه وانا سويت عندهم امس تاريخ١٨/١/٢٠٢٢ طلعت شلبيه وسويت اليوم عن طريق صحتي طلعت ايجابيه يستهبللو لحد يسوي عندهم?
My husband together with them came out negative and on this basis he mixed with me and my baby daughter and we settled because they together through my health and it came out positive and I settled with them yesterday on 01/18/2022 I came out and settled today through my health it came out positive, they are waiting for someone to settle with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة جدآ جدآ(( سيئه)) مرتين اعمل فحص كورونا وادفع مبلغ وقدره عندهم ويطلعون النتيجه سلبي بس مجرد رحة افحص في وزارة الصحة تبين إصابتي بافايروس كورونا للأسف خالطت ناس كثير مالهم ذنب بسبب نتايج الفارابي كلهم في ذمتهم وجاري تقديم شكوى لدى وزارة الصحة...

A very, very, very bad experience (bad)) twice. I do a corona test and pay a sum of money to them, and the result is negative, but I just went to the Ministry of Health to check that I was infected with the Corona virus. Unfortunately, I mixed with many people who have no guilt because of Al-Farabi’s results, they are all in their custody and a complaint is being filed with the Ministry of Health.. .

١- الرقم الموجود للفرع لا يجيب على الاتصالات
٢- الموظفين مستهترين و غير مبالين
٣- النتائج عندهم غير صحيحة و تخالف تطبيق توكلنا و صحتي
سيء سيء جداً
If there is less than one star I give them.. I advise not to deal with them
1- The number in the branch does not answer calls
2- The staff is careless and indifferent
3- Their results are incorrect and violate the application of our trust and my health

استقبال غير مرن ويضيع وقتك ..
موقع غير واضح .
لا توجد زحمة .
ومع ذلك راح تتاخر .
A simple task that takes less than five minutes and takes an hour.
Inflexible reception and waste of your time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصحية لوجه الله من اخ لمن تروحو مختبرات الفارابي فرع حي الجامعة وبالتحديد عند الأخت لارا ياخي تعاملها راقي بكل معنى الكلمة متواضعة جدا كل كلامها حاضر ونعم وتحت أمرك غصبن عنه الواحد تخليه يشكرها بالفعل تحية ل أهلها عليها واقولهم يازين ماربيتو زوجتي كانت تنتظر تحليل حمل على اعصابها والله ماخلتنا ننتظر اكتر من ساعة وربع والنتيجة عندنا واتصلت بنفسها تبشرنا وتبارك لنا الله يسعدها ياشيخة دنيا وآخرة ذا الانطباع الصحيح ل أشخاص يعملو في مجال الصحي
Advice for God’s sake from a brother to those who go to Al-Farabi Laboratories, the University neighborhood branch, and specifically with Sister Lara, my brother, her treatment is elegant in every sense of the word, very modest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله لو جينا للحق المختبر مايستاهل نجمة وحدة واذا حطيت تقيم كامل فقط لأجل التعامل الراقي وتفاهم وحسن اسلوب وجدته من الأخصائية لارا والله خسارة تشتغل في دا المكان للأمانة ربي يسعدها زي ماخدمتني وتواصلت معايا وخلتني اطمن على نتايج وارسلتها ليا واتس تعاملvip وياليت بدل ماانتو جالسين تفتحو فروع ياالفارابي تهتمو في ده الفرع من العصر الحجري يفتقر النظافة والنظام وتوفرو موظفين يقومو ب مهامهم مو القى حقت الاستقبال هي الي تستقبلني وهي تعمل ليا فاتورة وهي تسحب ليا الشخص الي كان بعدي أعطى الموظفة كلمتين وهي مالها ذنب تخدمني ولا تخدم غيري حقيقي سوء إدارة للمكان

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مدخل المبنى لايليق بمركز طبي ..يحتاج إلى نظافة والمختبر من الداخل يحتاج الى صيانة ونظافة .. وموظفة الاستقبال يحتاج لها تدريب على التعامل مع المراجعين .. لا أنصح بمراجعتهم خاصة للأطفال لكن في حال مروركم بهذا الفرع اطلبوا الأخت رهام عند إجراء التحاليل للكبار محترمة جدا وتعاملها راقي..
The entrance to the building is not befitting a medical center..it needs cleaning, and the laboratory from the inside needs maintenance and cleanliness..and the receptionist needs training in dealing with the auditors..I do not recommend going to them, especially for children, but if you pass by this branch, ask Sister Reham when conducting analyzes for adults. She is very respectful. And her behavior is elegant.
