★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company and office manager in Riyadh, they also delivers on promise time but there is one driver the Filipino guy is not polite and arrogant and doesn't consider a discount, the Indian driver are much ok. I would give a 5 star if they change the guy to another duty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has just received the box and we were so disappointed how it looks like.Most of the items/contents were messed up/broken.T’was clearly labeled with“Handle with care”,”This side ⬆️ Please” but i think they understood it the other way around..it was my first time sending thru makati express and my ever most terrible experience.i was sending yearly for 5 years boxes from other couriers but not as worst as this(only delayed deliveries,yet goods were intact)..
I strongly do not recommend MAKATI EXPRESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again!!! I availed their air freight cargo but didn’t arrive on time. Still waiting to receive.. Never happened this to any of the cargo companies I dealt with. A friend of mine just recommended to try this courier company that I thought is efficient and trusted but unfortunately not. They have a bad and poor service.
