★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall quality of the furniture is good, wifi is very good compared to other hotels in the region. The bad things are, rooms are not well maintained from cleanliness point of view and items condition. Bathroom is very small, room service is very poor. That's whyv3 stars only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just cheating people by saying that this hotel is 4*. Even a cheapest lodge will have more clean than this. The bathroom was horrible. It not even deserve a single star. Its worth for 50 to 60 riyals per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good budget hotel. Pocket friendly, courteous staff. There was provision for hot water in bathroom, but it did not work. I did not bother asking, as it was peak summer and I did not feel the need for hot water. The last night was painful due to some mosquitos. Overall the experience was ok. Can't ask for more for price, that included a dual room (separate sitting area & bedroom), + breakfast. I paid ~269 SAR all inclusive per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My floor WIFI service was not working. I claimed several times but they never fixed it.
One of Shower booth doors was removed then whole bath room floor got wet. And hot water was not coming. It was not entirely cold but not enough.
Water boiling pot was not working.
I stayed lower floor then load noise annoyed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bathroom, swimming pool filter and lights were off & they couldn't fix it. Towels weren't available. no refrigerator, no microwave, and the bed wasn't queen size it was two beds together!! It should be with no stars at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
They moved me from one room which was so close to the busy road I could not sleep, to their best room!
Fresh Towels had brown stains and holes.
Bathroom had dirt and orange mould.
Broken plastic potted plants.
Blood stains and rips on the curtains.
Burn marks on the worn out carpets.
Broken stuff in storage areas.
A hole in the ceiling.
Smoke from other rooms.
Noisy AC.
Mosquitos.
Mould on the walls.
Dead flys.
Food is terrible. I had 1 breakfast delivered to my room and I sent it away.
Second day it was so late I couldn't even eat it.
Then I gave up.
False advertising on websites.
It's a 2 hour walk to the beach.
Facilities are old and tired.
Avoid this hotel if you can.
