م	محمد السليمي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دورة المياة سيئة و خاصة السيفون عطلان او يحتاج صيانة و الشطاف نفس المشكلة غيرت لأكثر من غرفة نفس المشكلة بسبب الحمام غيرت من غرفة و صالة إلى غرفة فقط و لم يتم الخصم من الحجز بسبب أن حجزي ببوكنج و دفعت المبلغ كامل يتميز بقربه من البحر و الاسواق و سهولة الوصول العاملين ودودين و محترمين The water cycle is bad, especially the siphon is broken or needs maintenance And the rinser has the same problem Changed to more than one room, same problem Because of the bathroom, I changed from a room and a hall to a room only, and the reservation was not deducted because I booked a booking and paid the full amount. H	Hassan Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع ممتاز جدا ماشاء الله وقريب تقريبا من كل شي والغرف نظيفة وكبيرة كان فيه تخفيض عالغرف نص السعر لانهم في بداية الافتتاح الله يبارك لهم الاستقبال وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز بوجد مواقف سفلية يوجد بالاسفل مقهى ايضا مميز Very excellent location, God willing, close to everything and the rooms are clean and large There was a discount on the rooms, half the price, because they are at the beginning of the opening, may God bless them Excellent reception and staff There are underground parking There is also a cafe below

G	Gula M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء زرت الشقة للمرة الأولى عند وصولي لم أجد الوحدة السكنية جاهزة قال الاستقبال انتظرو ٢٠ دقيقه واطلعو شوفو الشقة طلعت لقيت السرر لسه مالبسوها مع العلم اني عند دخولي وجدت عميل قبلي يصرخ ويقول ماخلصتو الشقة انا لي ٢٠ دقيقه انتظر ماخلصتو؟!!.. <<<<يعني شكلها مشكلة دائمة عندهم يطلعون الزبون والغرف مو جاهزة ثاني شي الوحدة تحتاج لتهوية والرائحة عندهم كريهة جهزو الغرفة بدون تعطير للوحدة او ديتول للحمامات يعني تأخير ٢٠ دقيقة بس عشان يلبسو سرر ويغيرون اللحاف!! بصراحة والمكيفات انا اخذت غرفتين مكيف الغرفة الرئيسية لابأس به الغرفة المجاورة حار والثلاجة ماتبرد للأسف وحدات سكنية محبطة تحتاح اهتمام افضل Bad I visited the apartment for the first time when I arrived, I did not find the housing unit ready. I came out and found the beds still wearing them Knowing that when I entered, I found a customer before me screaming and saying, “You didn’t finish the apartment. I have 20 minutes. Wait, what did you finish?”.. <<<
A	Abdulrahman alsumairi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لأني بمدح كثير، والله ما اعرف أحد في الفندق ولا صاحبه ٣ أيّام كانت رائعة جداً وليس التجربة الاولى ولا الاخيرة . حرص على راحة العميل، سامح المصري راااااائع . الموظّفة السعودية و السوداني رائعيييين، حجزت لوالدتي وارتاحت جداً، وتعاونوا معي بِِلُطف للإهتمام بها . Because I praise a lot, and by God, I do not know anyone in the hotel or its owner 3 days were very wonderful, not the first nor the last experience. Keen on the comfort of the customer, Sameh Al-Masry Raaaaaaaa. The Saudi and Sudanese employees are wonderful, I booked for my mother and she was very comfortable, and they kindly cooperated with me to take care of her.
a	abuatheer IB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم استئجار غرفتين منفصلتين و متجاورتين بينهم باب مشترك لذا سيكون التقييم شامل لهما الإيجابيات : مكانه ممتاز, سعة الغرف، المكيف ممتاز (غرفتي)، التلفاز فيه قنوات محدودة لكن خدمات النت يوتيوب وغيره غطى على هالنقطة، نظافة، وجود ثلاجة، غلاية، ضيافة شاي أحمر و أخضر وسكر، كاوية (بعد الطلب) بجواره مسجد بمواقف كثيرة على بعد ٢٥٠ م تقريبا وبقاله ومقهى ومطعم ومغسلة السلبيات : تأخر في تسجيل الدخول رغم أن وصولي لهم الساعة ٦ م!! وتم الانتظار ٣٠ دقيقة للتجهيز ويبدو أنه عادة لهم وذلك لتواجد أحد الضيوف اشتكى من تأخرهم في تسليمه الوحدة المستأجرة لأكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة التأمين :٢٠٠ ريال (قد يراها البعض أنها سلبية) لايوجد موقد كهربائي أو غاز(لايوجد مطبخ رغم أنه مسماه شقق فندقيه) ولا يوجد غسالة أو طاولة كوي. مواقفه محدودة جداً لاتتسع لجميع الضيوف المكيف بالغرفة الثانية (سيء) الثلاجة الثانية لاتعمل الحمام بالغرفة الثانية رائحته سيئة(شفاط وشباك مفتوحين) رغم ذلك نظيف!!!! مراتب السرير غير مريحة لايوجد كرسي للتسريحة Two separate rooms are rented, adjacent to each other, with a common door, so the evaluation will be comprehensive for them Pros: Excellent location, room size, air conditioning is excellent (my room), TV has limited channels, but the internet services YouTube and others covered this point, cleanliness, the presence of a refrigerator, a kettle, hospitality of red and green tea and sugar, iron (after request) Next to it is a mosque with many parking lots, approximately 250 m away Grocery, cafe, restaurant and laundry Negatives: Check-in was late even though I arrived at 6pm!! Parking is very limited and cannot accommodate all guests A/C in the second room (bad) The second refrigerator is not working The bathroom in the second room smells bad (hoods and windows open) though it is clean!!!! Bed mattresses uncomfortable There is no dressing chair
