★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much useful for Hajjis!! From here Jamarat is about 50 minutes of walk (around 3 k.m). But by train its about 8 minutes journey. In Hajj days you have to walk 40 to 50 k.m during 3 days, but around 25 k.m in one day!! Here 3+3=6 k.m by train may be a great incentive. It's a free service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really excellent to have journey with train here in mina. We travelled to Jamarat for stoning as a part of pilgrimage (hazz). Station is very clean and equipped with adequate stairs, elevators with enough space and public toilets etc. Also train service is awesome, automated with bilingual (arabic and English) language for declaration. It could be better if authority could extend this service up to Makkah
