★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ساكن مع الشعلان منذ سنتين - الصيانه المجانيه اول سنه ما حصلنا منها شي - كذب ومماطلة وادارة جشعه- لا انصح في مشاريع الشعلان ولا وعودهم والله على ما اقول شهيد!
I lived with Al-Shaalan for two years - free maintenance for the first year. We did not get anything from it - a lie, procrastination and greedy management - I do not advise in Al Shaalan projects nor their promises, and God is what I say is a martyr!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت تقريبا من ثلاث شهور بتكلم عن تجربتي بكل مصداقيه
-من ناحية التصميم تصميها حلو ومريح غير مزعج والوان البوية مع الارضيه متناسق جدا ومساحات الغرف حلوه
الجيران هادين ومافي اي ازعاج بالعمارة المواقف الكل ملازم بموقفه
المشاكل اللي واجهتها /
- كان في تسريب ماء في الحمامات
- البويه بعض اجزاءها متنفخ وتم التواصل مع الادارة وعدلوها ورجعت تنفخت
- النباتات بالمدخل الرئيسي فقدت حيويتها ! اعتقد لقلت العنايه وانا جدا حريصه ع المظهر الخارجي قبل الداخلي هالشي جدا ضايقني لان مازلنا في بداية السكن ماذا عن بعد سنوات؟
- الأستجابه لصيانه : بعضها سريع لكن الاكثر بطيء
