بس كمان فيها أخطاء في التصميم زي مثلا الشقق في الدور الارضي اللي معها مدخل خاص عليها كشف من كل الشقق اللي فوق
المطبخ نتفه واغلبها بدون مستودع
الغرف ضيقه
اغلب الشبابيك على المنور
تصاميمهم وتصاميم العجلان متقاربة جداً
بس العجلان أفضل من ناحية التشطيب والتصميم بكثير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق فخمه فيه جزء شقق كبيره اللي فيها كانو احواش واطلالات الغرف انيقه التصميم فخم واهتمام بادق التفاصيل المداخل الواجهه الخارجيه التشجير . وفق الله القائمين عليها صراحه تصميم وموقع .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعليقي بحكم تجربتي كمستأجر فقط ، شقق أقل بكثير مما تتوقع ، تشطيب أقل من عادي ، الشقة اللي سكنت فيها كان فيها ميلان في السقف ، المجاري اكرمكم الله روائحها في كل مكان ، طبعاً الاسوأ من هذا كله ان العماره تمليك وبالتالي لازم تعرف ان في عينات تسكن يمكن ماترغب انهم يكونون في العماره نفسها عكس لما تكون عماره كامله مؤجره من مالك واحد .. الخلاصه ان الماجدية بشكل عام ماخذه زخم اكبر من حجمها والشقق المفروض ماتتعدى ٤٠٠ الف ريال هذي اكبر وحده وفي افخم حي والايجار مايتعدى ٤٠ الف ولكن للأسف ان فيه ناس كثير ينضحك عليهم بأسعار عاليه والعالم تدفع ولا تعرف قيمة اللي تدفعه ..

The bottom line is that Majidiyah in general is taking more momentum than its size and the apartments are supposed to not exceed 400 thousand riyals, this is the largest unit and in the most luxurious neighborhood and the rent is more than 40 thousand, but unfortunately there are many people They laugh at high prices and the world pays and you don't know the value of what you pay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف غالي جدا جدا جدا، لا ويتشرطون عليك، والاسوأ والأمر في ناس مستخدمين، تشتكي من البناء.. ولكن ما اقول الا رزق البله عالمجانين.

العمارة اغلب المستاجرين شباب بدون عوائل
انصحكم بعدم السكن فيها او الاجار
Failed apartments with no privacy and no insulation

Most of the tenants are young men without families
I advise you not to live in or rent
