★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places to live. I lived there for three years and at first it was great. Fantastic family environment and great people. However, it slowly turned for the worse. Tenants moved out of the place and the management replaced them with hooligans who partied till all hours of the night.
Security is terrible. The best thing going for the place was the the previous compound manager, but even she left. Now you are left with an Egyptian manager who is not fit to be a garbage man.
Sorry to say, a once promising compound has now turned into a place I would call the projects from the States.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3 months from living here, I can say clearly that this complex is one of the worst place to live. The price is very expensive copmaring to the available services and to the cheap finishing materials used in the flat. The swimming pool is not clean, and I believe they didn't clean it since a while. The gym room is terrible, it's a small room with damged 2 or 3 treadmill machines, one bar and one dumble bar with movable weights. The security is another issue, anyone can enter the complex from the parking entrace, the guardman doesn't stop anybody to ask him where to go. Only few numbers of setting tables with chairs (4 or 5 ) are available at the garden area for more than 110 families !!. No restaurant. Poor interior mini market. Poor maintenance services.

Although the service is dripped since the new facility manager joined.. yet the neighborhood is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to live especially for a European people. I lived there for 5/6 months it was hell! Besides being dirty, garbage everywhere, I had the waste bin in front of the house, an unpleasant smell, similar to vomit! ... children scream and play until 3 am, unsupervised!
There are no rules and everyone does what they want, in the total absence of rules of respect.
Total absence of the manager, security and even the general manager of the company who managed my contract!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its ok kids play here till 3 am screaming and shouting the maintenance is terrible the water pressure would always go low and two times rats have gotten in our house one time a snake was in our building there is a café but the food is not good and the only good thing is the little shop in the complex the manager is really bad and dose not know how be a manager its really dirty and kids are really mean and start fights for no reason you better of living in a box.
