★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villas reasonable in size, good value cor money, facilities are not adequate to call it a compound. Congested passages...lots of cats and lizards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The units are very nice, excellent quality and finishing. However, the management in the compound is weak, they try to be professional but they do not have enough experience in my opinion. Only a small swimming pool can be considered as facility as the playground is extra small and the basketball rings are for children only.
The area is very good and has good connection to most major roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management , first of all the supervisor in the compound whom you have to deal with all the time called JACOB doesn’t answer the call at all and if he answers he will straight away say no to you request .. it’s nit a compound it’s just a community with 0 facilities and management . It’s a mistake living in this so called compound . The manager Saria will never ever help you in the maintenance and in the end you will pay somebody from outside to come and do the job then WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING A COMPOUND PRICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right so, I haven’t been inside the compound because (and this, management should really look into), after having called, asked and was informed about availability and was TOLD I CAN VISIT, let’s make that clear, the security at the gate not only did he stop me from entering or refused to even listen to me, he shooed me like I was a piece of trash. Now I’ve been all over the world and have seen many things happen, but rarely was I made to feel this terrible. I’ve been in Saudi for two weeks now and I can’t help but wonder. If I were blond with blue eyes, would I have been treated like that? Doubtful. Really. Anyways, shame on him. For treating anyone like this. You can be selective as much as you want, but I don’t think anyone has the right to treat another person like trash. So I hope the management get to see this review
