حتى داخل الشقه واصل ???

و يوفر خدمات ممتازة حيث أن الشقق مزودة بتكييف مركزي و يوجد شيش او ستائر كهربائية لكل النوافذ مما يزيد من كفائة التحكم في درجات الحرارة.
كما أن الشقق مزودة بمطبخ كامل مجهز بثلاجة و غسالة ملابس مع مجفف وغسالة صحون و موقد كهربائي و كذلك فرن كهربائي بنظام الحمل الحراري.
وهذا ما يجعل تكلفة الانتقال إلى هذا المجمع تنتصر في فرش الغرف حسب الذوق للساكن.

الجدران ليس بها عوازل حيث استطيع سماع كلام جيراني
