★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad customer service, thanks god i didn't pay before i canceled my appointments, the lady that she answered on the whatsapp so rude and aggressive , i asked to reschedule my appointment and she send me a very bad voice note with the guidance thats i didnt know about when i book for my appointment!
I can see how bad the service's will be from the customer SERVICE.
اسلوب جدا سيئ ، وتعامل لا يحترم العميل ، حبيت تأجيل موعدي ارسلت لي الموظفه فويس تهديدي سيئ جدا مع ارفاق الشروط اللي كنت اجهلها لانها ما ارسلتلي اياها اثناء الحجز مع العلم ان الحجز تم اليوم الساعه ١٠ مساءا .
ولما اعطيت ملاحظتي على اسلوبها ازدادت حديه وهجوم وساء الاسلوب
تجربة غير جيده واعتقد الخدمات بالداخل بتكون اسوأ من اسلوب التواصل

Very bad manner, and treatment that does not respect the customer, I wanted to postpone my appointment. The employee sent me a very bad threat, with enclosing the conditions that I was ignorant of because she did not send them to me during the reservation, knowing that the reservation was made today at 10 pm.
And when I gave my comment on her style, she became more aggressive, offensive, and worse
Not a good experience, and I think the services inside will be worse than the method of communication
